Post Time Productions announced today that the company has acquired the video production assets of Host Communications, including staff and equipment, vaulting Post Time into a leadership position among Kentucky communication companies.

Under the agreement, Post Time Productions, located in Lexington’s Media Centre at 332 N. Ashland Ave., will be responsible for producing internal video projects for Host Communications, including their NCAA contract and other sports marketing franchises. Host, a sports marketing subsidiary of Triple Crown Media Inc., is located at 546 East Main Street.

Post Time is excited to welcome to it's family, Graeme Hart as Senior Producer / Director and Darren Platt as Senior Video Editor. Both men are veterans of Host Communications and responsible for actualizing numerous national broadcast product for such notables as Fox Sports, NCAA and UK Sports.

Post Time Productions has entered into a production agreement with Witness History LLC to produce ten, 60-minute documentaries on the western campaigns of the Civil War. The programs will be written and hosted by noted author and historian Kent Masterson Brown and our regional broadcast partner for the series will be Kentucky Educational Television, the PBS affiliate for Kentucky.  The first in the series “1862: The Invasion of Kentucky” is in production and scheduled for a Fall 2006 broadcast release and DVD sales.
