Chad is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications.  While attending the university, Chad interned at Kentucky Educational Television and was a student worker at UKTV.  After college he freelanced as a videographer and editor, working on projects such as commercials, documentaries, reality shows, independent films and music videos.  But if you want the full story on what lured Chad into the world of video production, you have to go back to when he was six years old and was introduced to the family camcorder.  His passion for all things video started as he realized his love to be both in front of and behind the lens.  Years later in high school, he took a Media Production class where he learned tape to tape analog editing.  Because of Chad's new found love and respect for editing, he enrolled in the same class every semester until he graduated.  In college, he was introduced to non-linear digital editing and he has never looked back.

Shortly after college Chad joined a group of like-minded independent filmmakers and a few years later co-created a music news website that specializes in video interviews with national touring artists.  When not working in video production, you may find him making some noise.  Chad plays guitar, bass, and drums.  He has also produced his own original material as a singer / songwriter.  A self-proclaimed guy with too many hobbies, Chad usually has his hat tossed into the ring of various side projects such as creating an original t-shirt line or other ways to quench a creative thirst.
